Where can I find Ahlan Lounges at Dubai International Airport?
Ahlan Lounges are available in Terminal 3, mainly serving Emirates and partner airline passengers. Terminal 3 includes Concourses A, B, and C, and you may choose the lounge that is closest to your departure gate. All lounges are located airside.

  • Concourse A: Near Gate A1 on Hotel Level 6, above the Emirates First & Business Class Lounge
  • Concourse B: Ahlan Lounge @ B26, next to Gate B26, above McDonald’s
  • Concourse C: Above Gate C13 on Hotel Level 2, Dubai International Hotel

If I arrive at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 and my connecting flight departs from Terminal 3, can I use the lounge?
Yes, you can access the lounge for your onward flight from Terminal 3, as it is located on the departure level.

If I arrive at Terminal 3 and my next flight departs from Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, can I use the lounge?
No, Terminal 3 lounge facilities cannot be used for onward flights departing from Terminal 1 or Terminal 2. You may use the lounge facilities in Terminal 1 instead. Please note that Terminal 2 only has Marhaba lounge facilities available.

Do I need to clear security to access the lounge?
Yes. Since all lounges are located on the departure level, transit passengers must complete the transit security check to enter the departure area.

How far is the Shower/Health Club from the lounge?
The lounge and gym are part of the Dubai International Hotel complex and are around a 5-minute walk from each other.
